Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix at Schenley Park-2012

Videos

Most of these videos use a PIP (picture-in-picture) format to allow front and rear viewing of the action. I have tried to edit out as much of the "boring" sections (when I am running by myself with no other cars around me). The #1 Video will probably give you an overall idea of the "action" but it's taken from various sessions, so it doesn't flow like some of the others. Video #7 is rear camera only. Normally, I try not to use only the rear camera since it's a low-resolution model ($24 in WalMart), but I like the constant action of Mark Palmer (MGA), Garth Knorr (Midget), Tom Chisholm (Mini) and others behind me. Videos #8, #9 and #10 do not show in-car views of racing. I put them in just for fun. All of the music I used is royalty free and credited as appropriate. I realize that it might be more interesting to hear the actual car engines and racing sounds, but the low-cost microphones on my Flip-style cameras have appalling quality (I've experimented with muffling them, but with no success....the music is the best option). For a bigger view of a video, click the small "frame" icon at the lower right of that video and this will increase its size. Hit the "ESC" key to return to normal size.-NPMcC
