Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix at Schenley Park-2016

This page contains Photos from the 2016 Schenley Park PVGP. This page also includes links to on-track videos of cars at the PVGP .

Linda and I tried to shoot as many cars as we could, but mostly focused on the small bore cars. You may be able to view more photos at Bill Stoler's photo site and the PVGP Facebook page

Video Links (below) - The first video has a spin in it around the 6:00 mark. I tapped the stone wall and broke a tail light (thanks to Greg K. for the spare he gave me!). In all three videos, I tried to remove the boring parts and just included sections where there was some action. For a bigger view of a video, click the small "frame" icon at the lower right of that video and this will increase its size. Hit the "ESC" key to return to normal size.-NPMcC

Great thanks to all the volunteers and workers from VRG, the PVGP Foundation, the city of Pittsburgh, emergency services workers, etc. We couldn't have done it without you!

I spun and busted a tail light at T11 on the Schenley circuit . Dave Good and the other VARAC guys retrieved the busted lens and 'awarded" it to me as their "VARAC Hi-Light Award". Hahahaha!

This is the "Engine Swap Crew". When Craig's Sprite blew an engine (piston failure), Andrew offered up his spare 1275 engine and the crew swapped it into Craig's Sprite. Well done!
